For me, each link I click on in the gallery gives me "page not found", so I do have issues too.
Like when I click "my photo's" or the progressive scrap gallery or simply a layout to look a bit closer, it calls me

You 404’d it. Gnarly, dude. heee, I'm not a dude

I hope this does NOT delete what we have in our accounts waiting to be downloaded.. ;-( I've been so busy since Thanksgiving all the through Christmas that I just have not had the time to sit here long enough to download all the kits that I bought !!

No it shouldn't effect your existing orders or downloads. Downloads are good for 35 days and 8 downloads.
If your days have expired you can try asking us at customer service to reset them for you. We will try to help you as best we can If the designer is no longer with our store though we can't reset what is not on our servers. Hope that helps
