Recipe Card Challenge ~ December 2012

Gosh, I don't make cookies for Christmas, so I thought I could share two desserts that I make and take to family gatherings. My in-laws have a rather large family (over 40 when everyone comes), so I make these two that look festive when side by side on the buffet and they feed a lot of people!!! I also substitute sugar-free or fat-free items where possible to make them a bit more diet-friendly!!!

Hello! Maurine, This is my first try and I need HELP!!!I have my cards ready. How do I size to 72ppi? When I go into save for web; where do I look for 72ppi? Do I resize the card to something smaller to get it? Sorry Girls but me is confused. I had a hard time getting the recipe to fit the card. What is a good size point for the font so that it can still be read? I will greatly Appreciate any help~God Bless~Blowing Hugs & Kisses Your Way.

This is my First Time so let's not laugh too loud~LOL~Please do tell me what I have done wrong~I thought doing a little card would be easy; but I have had a heck of a time~I made 2 cards~Gingerbread Spice Mix; which is used in my second card Gingerbread Scones~The Spice can be used in many recipes and is not limited to the Scones~I'm now going to attempt to post them and see what happens~God Bless All~Wishing You All a Happy New Year.

I can't believe the first one worked~I thought the pic would show up after clicking it into the mountain~Just got tired after 12 times and decided to just submit it and zap it was there~You girls are all so good at this; but me I got a big Headache~Here is card #2 Gingerbread Scones~I hope you like the recipes I found for you~If I'm brave enough to do this again I hope I do a better job~God Bless~Have a Safe and Happy New Year.

I don't know what I am doing wrong~I have tried & tried to get the card #2 to be as large as the card #1 but can't do it~Okay girls I'm just going to go to bed now and have a nightmare~Maybe tomarrow I can figure out what I am doing wrong~Sorry if you can't see card #2as well as #1~Please forgive an Old Lady who doesn't know what she is doing~Good Night & God Bless.

I had never had these before and once i tried one knew i had to make some-- which like i have said before i don't cook or bake but i have made these twice now. They are yummy! Will say i followed the recipe the first time, then i cheated the 2nd time and bought a roll of peanut butter cookie dough at the store and just added the peanut butter cups. Either way they are still yummy. LOL 2nd way of course much easier and the way I will probably make them from now on--

Here is my card for this month's challenge. We make these every year and they go down so well with the family. This year my daughter Susan made them. They didn't hang around for long.

A request for our Blank Recipe Cards.
Can we Please have a Gallery to share our Blank Recipe Cards. It seems to me that seeing other blnak recipe cards would encourage others to join in the sharing of blank cards. It would also be a Good Learning oppertuinity to see how recipe cards can turn into Brag Book Pages.
Many times my blank cards are a bit diferent then the recipe version and I don't know where to share them with the community.
