Hi, My name is Pat and I am joining the forum today. I found Stone Accents accidentally and fell in love with their designs. I am fairly new to digital scrapping, but am finding that it really saves time. I will probably be a hybrid scrapper when all is said and done.

My husband and I live in NEPA, but I am getting ready to spend a couple of months in SE GA. Digital scrapping will help me with packing for my trip. Digital is so much more portable!

I have a question. I never used PayPal before, but have now set up an account (because I loved the SAS designs). Now that it is verified and I have placed an order, how long does it usually take to get the download links from SAS? TIA.

Now to your Paypal question.
When you finished your payment with paypal,
it normally leads you back to the store
and you have immediate access to the downloads.

Hi Pat, welcome to SAS!

Your download links are made available immediately if your Paypal is linked to a credit card, or already has money saved in the account. If the money comes out of your checking account, it might take a few days for Paypal to actually get the money and notify the store that it was received. If you paid by check and haven't gotten the links within 3 days, send me a private message and I'll make sure Julie knows to look into it for you.

This is more complicated than I thought. I was unaware that I had to have money in my paypal account since it is linked to my checking account. Don't you take a credit card, as right now I have the time to download the kit I ordered, but in three days I will have my grandson here and time to myself will be pretty much non-existent. Oh well, live and learn.

Is that different in USA than in germany??
my paypal is linked to my normal bank-account and i don't have to put money in the paypal account.
each time i pay something with paypal, they take it from my bank.
i can get my links immediately

Yes, it is differnt in the U.S. As Lori stated, it takes a few days. I think about 3 - 5 days. Money is actually transferred from your bank account (like a check payment) into your PayPal account.

I'm sorry you have to wait Patricia. Maybe you can wait until your grandson is in bed and then take a few minutes to download?

Hi Pat, and welcome! I'm not sure I understand this... when I use PayPal, I can tell it to either put the charge on my credit card (registered at PayPal), or my bank account - and it's immediate. Pat, you may want to see if there's a tutorial or customer support link on the PayPal site to help you make sure yours is set up this way.
