While I'm certainly sorry you don't like the kit, and will let JulieO know to give you a refund, I have to say that there are other, less hurtful ways of expressing your opinion. Had you used the Contact Us button, you would still have gotten a response, and more than likely additional coupons for your inconvenience. Everyone has a different style, and if this style is not to your liking, there are many different styles of designs here at SAS. Aneczka's CT have created many beautiful layouts with her products, which to me speaks volumes. You'll get your refund today.

Well Kim, I'm sorry you are disappointed with your purchase.
Like Lori11941 already said every designer has a different style and every scrapper likes different kits. Maybe it's not your style, but to call it unprofessional is rather nasty. Not to mention writing your message in capital letters, is that really necessary?

And how can the preview be deceiving? You can see on the preview of this add-on exactly the 6 elements it contains.
Maybe you should look better next time before you buy something.

Why are you shouting at us or didn't you know that when you use your caps that is the same as shouting? I am on Anna's CT and know her kits are fantastic to work with.Did you think maybe that was the effect that she was trying to present? She does a lot of kits for young children as she has a little girl who loves her work.I think you owe Anna on apology!!!!!!ad:

First I am apologizing for using caps....
I had no idea that that was shouting, I just use them
because I am disabled and that is easier for me to
type.....no one ever told me that before.
However, if you download the kit "castle" you will
see that the preview looks nothing like the actual
download and that is all I will say.
I do apologize for the rude way in which I said it,
but I purchased something before of much more
money and was stuck with it (from another site)
except the owner gave me a coupon for $ off another
kit.
Again, I apologize for my language and for shouting
and it won't happen again.......

Kim, Castle is an add-on, which is why it's so inexpensive. The previews before it are for a kit called I Love Fall, which it says on the preview, but it's possible that you missed it. Could that be the reason for the confusion?

Castle contains 6 elements , 5 of them are on my page and I really do not see the difference.
