This is where the missing contestants lounge is a little odd, but anyone can run these numbers for the stats, so I’ll go ahead and post. Many contestants found the information on the voting stats interesting and it does indeed let you know how secure or how much ground you were back in starting to create a kit for the next round.
First off, congratulations to everyone who advanced! If you are looking at the stats and wondering here you can “beef up” for the next round take a look at your comments on all of your kits so far. Those will tell where the really strong points, the popular parts, of your kits have been. Honestly, there really weren’t a lot of weak points! (We were and 11 of us continue to be very creative and resourceful designers!) Voting stats from round 3: 18 entries 765 votes (up from 641 in R2 and 719 in R1) 332 voters (Up from 266 in R2 and 299 in R1) average votes per voter 2.3 (Down from 2.4 in both previous rounds) average votes per kit 42.5 (up from 23.7 in R2 and 21.8 in R1) Median votes 32 Remember the average votes is definitely influenced by the number of contestants. The fewer choices there are , the more concentrated they’ll be. I'm going to be out of town this weekend, but I look forward to seeing the kits in the gallery when I return! I'm hoping to spread some fairy dust in a little different way, but the cheerleading fairy will absolutely be back for the final round! Best of luck to all of you in round 4! Hi Nani, thanks for that, we're improving as we go so it seems. Well the contestant forum is back up and running so if it isn't visible to you maybe you might ask Janalyn very nicely to let you back in!! Hugs
