If there were any specific things you wish you could learn to do with your scrapbooking, what would it be?
Maybe you want to learn how to make your shadows look more realistic? How to resize and crop photos better? Learn about general rules of design? Learn how to make your own elements, use a template, ummm... tell me more. Maybe some of us more seasoned scrappers can help. Or maybe there is something you would really like to just dabble in? |

I use Photo Impact Pro 11 and I would love to be able to learn how to templates, with my program.
I would also like to learn how to do really nice QP pages, since the ones I did do flopped so badly.

I'd love to figure out how curly ribbons and bows are made. Any emblishments really, some things look so amazing, I just think how in the Heck do they do that!

I would like some "rules of thumb" - for example, what size photos to use when putting 3 photos in a 12x12 layout.
I would love to know how to make embellishments. I would also be interested in adding more texture to my pages. nanc

I would LOVE to learn how to do "grunge". I love the look, but cannot get my own designs to look the way I want them to.

I would like to learn more about photo treatments such as blending.
Templates would be another good thing. |

I also would love to learn to make things like... bows, ribbons with buckles, etc... notusing an action, but actually make them. Things that people use that are sooooo realistic looking!

also would love to know an easy way to extract and finish off the edges... my edges always look so choppy... another thing I would love to know is how to "bend" a photo... I've been using templates, but I'd love to know how to do it myself... paper curls, too!

I would like to see a list or tutorial that outlines the different dimension conversions
Here is an example from another tutorial I read: "Photo holiday cards are traditionally 8"x 4", which translates into 2400 x 1200 pixels when scrapping" I am very new to scrapping and do not know these conversions. I am sure there are others like me out there that would really appreciate this information that is probably really basic to those that have been scrapping for awhile now. 8x4 converts to 2400x1200 8.5 x 11 converts to ________ 12x12 converts to ________ 8x8 converts to _________ Etc Thanks for anyone that can help out!!

I haven't seen a list like that somewhere,
but it's easy. 1 converts to300 so for example 8X8 converts to 2400x2400 or 12x12 converts to 3600x3600
