July '09 Musical Moments challenge

Welcome to a new challenge for July!
Can't believe it's July already... Being the middle of summer most parts of the world, don't we all think of vacation and travel, or just a little time off?
For this month's Life's Musical Moments challenge this is the theme I would like you to work with: think of vacation, travel, time away from everyday life, time spent with family and friends. Create a layout with this in mind and I'm sure you can find a song to go with the theme.
You can use any scrapbook kit you like for the layout, please remember to give credit for materials used when you post your layout in the gallery.

We was at my mother's, and we went together to a concert. Our favourite band, who sings children's songs.
My daughter celebrated her birthday, and the band sung her a birthday song.

I loved the theme you chose for our Musical Moments Challenge this month Monika! Thanks again for posting it. I just had to participate, especially when I ran across this photo taken on one of our trips to Hawaii. Boy, wish I were there now!!!

This was a fun one! I know I'm squeaking in... been out of town. Hope I'm not too late! Here's my page - everytime I look at this picture I laugh my head off - they had so looked forward to camping, and were just miserable there.
