Our first ever brag book challenge!

Hello...and welcome to the first SAS-y brag book challenge. I am delighted to be hosting this challenge. It's going to be fun, and pretty easy, too.

For this first challenge, your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to collect the brag book pages hidden throughout the site beginning on the grand opening day. There are pages from all the designers, and there are a large variety of themes and styles.

Pick 4 of the pages you would like to complete, and then do so. Post your pages to the Brag Book Gallery and then post your link(s) here.

Then, I'll send you a link to your freebie. Pretty simple and pretty fast.

I can't wait to see what you all create!

Here is 4th bragbook.I mistakenly posted one twice in above thread.I usually can find the edit post but today could not.I had trouble finding this forum because it was not showing up .I had some vbulliten message but got help in the newbies section .

Your pages are great, Joba! Thank you so much for sharing them with us. I am really glad that you are liking the brag book size. I am excited about this size because I think I'll be able to make some great presents for the upcoming holidays.

But.... What IS a bragbook?
I've seen all LO's, and I do see they're all rectangle, but is that the difference between a bragbook page and a LO?

Don't worry. I know it's a difficult name.
I've seen everything from dinpi to dymfie. :p
So it wasn't too bad, I just a little typo!

But I'm very glad to know I'm not the only one that doesn't know what a bragbook is.

A bragbook is normally a LO that is done in 6"x4" size, the size of a normal developed photo, so that they fit in the handy albums that you see everywhere for photos. You can buy a small album, stick in the bragbook layouts and have a handy album to carry in your purse to "brag" about your kids, grandkids, whatever. I hope that explains it. If not, maybe someone else can do a better job of explaining.

I forgot to ask my question. LOL. I am not sure if I understand the challenge. I thought it was to take the existing bragbook pages that were foound during the scavenger hunt at the Grand Opening, plop in our pictures, maybe journal a bit, and then posting them with a link. But, I see that some are making new bragbook pages (gorgeous too!) Can you clarify please. Thanks.

The challenge is to take the pages the designers gave away in the grand opening and put your photos and journaling in them. I love the new pages folks are creating, too...and because this is our first brag book challenge, and because I'm a big softy...I'm being pretty lenient.

So...hope that long explanation answered your question.

The other cool thing about the size of the brag book pages is that they are very easily printed out at any shop that prints photos...and they are a standard photo size, so they are inexpensive, too.
