Hi there!
Yes, the New Designer Program is still available! If you have something you would like to try out, just start a new thread with your previews and Toiny will get to you as soon as she can! She's in Amsterdam this weekend, so it probably won't be until next week sometime!

OK, TY. I'm just sort of playing around right now and working on my first ever kit (eeeek). Not sure if the quality would be good enough to sell, but would love to interact with others who are just starting out. I'm working with a program sort of like this one at another site, but they might be just different enough that i could pick up some things the other site left out : )
