The time has come to vote for your favorite layout in the Heritage challenge! We had several entries and all were inspired by family traditions.

Joba2 created a sentimental journaling layout of a Christmas tradition from her childhood.

Sharpli worked hard on a two page layout that is fun and whimsical.

This month we are going to think about our family traditions. Do you do a particular something together as a family year after year? Are you committed to beginning a new tradition?

Take a photo or use one from the past that best illustrates a tradition that your family shares.

The only requirement is that you'll need to use a SAS designer kit either from the store or a freebie!

You never know. Your family tradition may spark an idea for another family to adopt!

When you've finished your layout, post it in the gallery here and then post a link to it in this thread.

I should note that this challenge will run through December 27 with voting the 28th through the 30th.

The lucky winner will recieve a five dollar store coupon. So let's see those family traditions!

Hi Trish! I'd love to participate in this challenge, but I'm afraid our family didn't have many traditions. Now that I have a family of my own, there's only two of us here in Aus, but my daughter is in Canada...
Hmmm... Why not start a NEW tradition? That's an idea! Ok, I'll be back!

When I was a kid we celebrated St. Nicholas Day.But I have no photos of that! I suppose I could make a LO with just journaling. I have never done that before (except for the recipe challenges)

Joba2, that would be awesome if you wanted to do that for the challenge. No need to use a photo, all journaling is fine if that's what you want to do...Go for it!!
