PayPal
I like to have some information about PayPal. I'm thinking about getting an account there, but I really don't have any idea how PayPal works. I did visit their site, but find the information quite difficult. I also googled on PayPal problems and that didn't make me happy.
I'm Dutch and I still don't understand if I have to pay extra costs when I use the PayPal account in a shop in a foreign country. So if you can please give me some info and share your experience with PayPal I would really appreciate that. Thanks Jeannette (Renee)
