Jenny, not sure what program you're using but try this:

Image -> resize

Change the DPI to 72 first, then go up and re-enter the size as 600 x 400.

See if this helps.

Thanks so much for helping each other. I really do appreciate it, especially when I don't get in here to answer. Heck, who am I kidding? You all are much smarter at this than me, anyway! I'd trust your answers over mine in a heartbeat! : ) Seriously, thanks for your help!
