if you clip a paper to a frame around the slots on the QP for the photos, does that count as a paper? Is it OK to have more than 3 papers on the QP?

I'm very flexible when it comes to Challenges. The most important thing is to get you scrapping your memories. To me, a paper is a paper.

And papers can always be used as an element.
