1. select 4 papers to use as background and layer them in some manner
2. add 2 photos cut oval shaped
3. Add 2 ribbons behind the oval pictures and anchor down with brads, buttons, or staples.
4. add 3 pieces of greenery and a string
5. add something wet, paint splash, water, umbrella, rubber duckie, etc...
6. Flip the whole on it's side, either direction, accept your photos
