Being an Aussie in England there are a lot of 'different' experiences and for my daughter 'snow ' is one of them. She is lucky enought to be doing a 12 month exchange for university and making the most of her experiences

Hi Wendy, What a neat idea to use text as your border! I love all of the different phrases you used to do so! Great job.
Ahh... Nandy! I'm so glad you were inspired to do another one. This is darling! The photos are just PERFECT for this!! I love how you used the gingerbread dots for your photo borders too! And the baking scene you created with the kit elements is darling! Thanks for using Ginger Magic for this layout! Miamm – what a great experience for your daughter! Lo love the snowy border you created! It perfectly sets the tone for this page! Ccpat6…. I do think it’s a matter of personal preference – on the color… The faded pink definitely fits with the older, desaturated photo…but the gold also adds a different flavor to the layout… I’m honestly with you… I’m not sure.. I am leaning toward the gold one today. But ask me tomorrow and I might say the pink one. Seriously! |

So wonderful pages here. It was hard for me to decide what´s my favorite, because I try to do something new everytime. But I think a little "spleen" of me is clustering somewhere around or near by the pictures... so I did this one as a xmas-greet for you all

This is lovely, Melly! And I think it is a super neat idea for next month! A “border” in the middle of the page! Your layout is beautifully constructed, and the cluster is beautiful.
Beautiful border choices, Scrapper10. I like the juxtaposition of the curves with the straight borders! And the lace edging adds a lovely feminine touch. This is gorgeous, TillM! And I’m so glad you joined us. Thank you! Your clustering is beautiful, and so perfectly coordinates with the BG paper you chose! Love the title work as well as the frame work. What a beautiful layout! LOL, Tamie! Mr. Jangles is a hoot! Love the bathroom shot the best, I think. Although the one of him frying eggs is priceless too. A very fun page, indeed! HI Barb, Oh, boy, does that look cold! But I love the border you created, with the tree, roads, and the present/lamppost cluster. Your title is adorable too! This is lovely, Cathy. I love that you used Ginger Magic to help create this family memory. I really like the embossing you gve the ABC quote too! And the border is beautiful.. love that you used the sparkles over the icicles like that. We’ve had a lot of different types of borders shown this month, and they are all really interesting and beautiful, don’t you think? Just goes to show how versatile borders are! I used an older Studio Mega Kit, Vintage Christmas.
I used the border to separate the pocket from the page. ![]() http://www.digitalscrapbookingstudio...st-things.html

Ahh.. Karen.. what a sweet picture! Love the border you created, and how you have elements tucked within the curves!
Very nice, Cyndi, I love used stacked papers as borders. They really give depth to a piece! Great color choices! Itsjanw – I really like how you used the cold flourishes to edge your border! They really look beautiful against the red. And that's a wrap for December! Thanks, all, for submitting your layouts! I loved seeing them... head on over to January's challenges and see what is in store this month! |
