Recipe Challenge Theme Wish
Just Finished Catching up on my Recipes from the Challenge. Noticed that the Meat Section is Lean. That might have something to do with missing the 1st 2 years of the challenge. Seems that there are plenty of newbies to the challenge now.
We sure Love our Chicken Recipes and have many cute ones.  Could we have some Beef and some Pork recipes Please....   (African Boer) Goat Meat (the other lean meat) comes out really Tasty with Beef Recipes and Lamb Come out Really Tasty with Pork Recipes.
