Well, this was a challenging challenge! I, like many who have already posted, have a husband who doesn't really cook. Oh,he can mix up a box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, order pizza, or reheat leftovers in the microwave, but that's the extent of it. A couple months ago when I was recovering from major surgery, he did learn to make breakfast foods (other than dry cereal), but nothing "exciting" enough to put on a recipe card. So, I wasn't really sure just what kind of recipe to post this month. However, my married son does some cooking and has actually experimented and come up with a couple recipes of his own. So, I asked him for a recipe and he shared this one with me. He says it will feed 6 hungry men or several more "normal" people. So, here's Mark's recipe for his "mashup of grilled chicken and homemade mac & cheese."
