Here I am on the last day of the month again, but at least I'm in the wee morning hours instead of the late night hours with this. I'm sharing "breakfast on the run" for those with busy mornings, no cooking involved and you still get your nutrition!

Oatmeal Smoothie

Almost forgot about this. This is a recipe I came up with when my kids were home, it is so quick, if you blink, it's done. The 'burrito' is the egg, rolled up like a burrito.

Here is my Recipe. I enjoy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies with Coffee in the morning. I find that good ingredients keep you full for a good part of the day.
