Ooo! Count me in! The last 2 years I started the contest ,only to have my chronic pain take me out of the contest by Round 2. I'm hoping to make it past round 2 this year! Yipee!


** I'm hoping the first kit be a beautiful vintage kit with lots of big roses, floral patterns, and antique elements and interesting ephemera done in dk blues, rose or mulberry, burgundy/cranberry and dk greens.We haven't gotten to play with a floral vintage kit yet in the past years. I love how the rich darker shades of colors with antique rose and vintage elements play with the ephemera. I can't wait!

Teeheehee you guys have NO idea what I have in store for you this year! I will tell you this much:

* There is a variety in what you'll be working with - much like the variety of styles you see from all our designers
* Some weeks you will be asked to do more than just complete a layout - I want to see your 'ct-ing' skills as well as your layout artist skills
* with the second chance contest - there will be an opportunity for EVERYONE to get free goodies each and every week - even if you're eliminated!

i am looking forward to the contest this year more than others. needing a new digihome and i know so many of the designers now...and many others over digi land that it makes it feel a bit more homey.

NOTE: i have always enjoyed it and everyone is friendly...its just kinda like going to the local pool hall and knowing a lot of faces when u walk in...more comfy
