Default I just bought NOTHING!!!!!!

just paid for this item and the down load has 0 bytes an empty file sure glad I didnt spring for the bundle pack called paypal verified that the payment was completed

Did you try to contact the store through the "Contact Us" button? TheStudio is very responsive and I am sure they will do whatever needs to be done to help you get the templates you purchased.

Sometimes the internet hiccups while attempting to download files. If you have not tried downloading the file again, it might work the second time??? It's worth a try.

Those are some beautiful templates!!

I personally find this display of rudeness from scrapprincess18 as uncalled for and very tacky. I haven't been here long, but I know that either the store or Jill would have found out what the problem was and made it right. Certainly the download wasn't empty on purpose. This post sounds like scrapprincess18 thought it was done on purpose. That doesn't even make sense to me because the store and the Designer's want repeat business.

I did contact customer service 1st and received this reply
Thank you for contacting theStudio! We have received your message and
will reply as soon as possible.
and this is the only email reply I have received as of 3:24est today I only revisted this site because i clicked a link of a product I planned to buy which brought me back to this site and the above quote, which just costed a different designer a sale

On behalf of the store, I want to apologize. Occasionally files go corrupt, disappear or a hiccup in the system causes a delay in your ability to download your purchases. Most of the time, we are unaware of a bad file until a customer lets us know (since each designer has hundreds of products, thousands storewide). We do reply to emails, usually within 24 hours - but we are a very world-wide store which means that not all of our staff is awake at the same time.

The initial email you received is our 'default' it lets you know your email made it to our inbox, but we need time to process! We get a lot of emails (both problems and happy mail) and our Customer Service team is located in Australia, which means for US customers, a little longer wait for replies!

Again, we're sorry you were unhappy with the result of your purchase, I'm sure Jill made it right!

I agree that there is no need to publicize a problem you have in a store. I understand there may be glitches in stores and that is to be expected. 24 hrs is an acceptable time for a response with action and The Studio was very quick to respond. I am sorry to see someone post this.

Anytime I have had a problem with a file or files, I have contacted customer service and they have responded and helped me.

I am the impatient type and want my files yesterday but I give them time to answer and it is usually very quick (within 24 hours). Customer service lets me know what is being done to correct the problem.

I appreciate all the hard work it takes to run a site like this, in fact it is one of my favorite stores.

WOW!!! I can't begin to thank everyone enough for all the kind words and support. I was a VERY satisfied customer of theStudio WAY before I became a designer here. My interest in joining this store was due to the outstanding customer service, the high quality of the products sold here, but most of all the sense of family. You all have confirmed that my opinion and feelings about theStudio is spot on.

Gosh..anytime I've had a problem, and it can happen eg corrupt file, I contacted either Customer Service or the designer, I am always polite and have always received a positive response. And Jill you are a super designer and person... just letting you know
