Issues Logging in with Password

I didn't know where to post this, so please forgive me if I've placed this in the wrong section of the forum. Feel free to move this topic if you'd like.

I'm having issues in resetting my password, as it isn't taking: it claims I'm not getting it right (Computer issues, not human error in this case: for I've gone by the same password for many years @ least 7 yrs).
