I only use it to make glitter as my drawing skills are limited to stickmen

ArtRage is a bitmap program. It's similar to Painter -- somewhere between Painter Essentials and full blown Painter.

Thanks for the quick response and, hopefully, for forgiving me for missing the part where one can use more than one graphics program.

No problems, ladies! Uh, Jill #1 - jilbert ( have to differentiate you somehow lol ) it's completely understandable to miss things posted in that first post! It's a whole lot of info to absorb, I'll be honest, I had to go back and re-read it myself!

As you can clearly see, I don't have all the answers! LOL! Jill #2, I'm totally with you on the Stickman thing!

I am not going to say yay or nay as far as ArtRage, we'll have to wait for Toiny on that one... and seeing as today is her birthday, she's probably pretty scarce right now, so it may have to wait until tomorrow, sorry about that!

Fonts would have to be standard fonts that come with your computer/software, sorry! No outside CU fonts of any kind. I know there are places you can find a list of standard Windows/Mac fonts, let me see if I can pull up a link for you guys

I got my first elements done Love the colors, they go so well with my theme I chose. 2-3 more then I need some sleep *lol*

I think just making a note that you used the standard brushes that came with your program for creating papers is all that is needed.... You don't have to say you used Natural Brush Size 28px from Adobe Photoshop CS4 in the left corner and middle 2/3 of paper #6, that would be a lot for you guys in the few short days you have to complete the challenge!

EGADS, I have another question ... can we use scans/photographs that we've done of fabrics, wallpapers, tapestries???? I just spent 8 hours trying to draw a paisley and though I came out pretty cool, it just doesn't fit my vision of what I want to make. If the answer is no, I promise to sulk for and equivalent 8 hours and try to think of something else to ask.

LOL.....don't feel bad....I spent ALL day trying to figure out what to do....researched different "moon" ideas and themes....all since 7 am. This one truly had me stumped. Now I have the palette and 2 themes.....question is which one to do.
