Wow! Lots of pretty pages. Here's my last. I used the four for today plus each of the pine evergreens again and the holly and poinsettia again. These are my grandkids last Christmas Eve playing by the tree.

In the end, I couldn't find photos that worked, so I used some images from my collection of public domain prayer cards. I don't know whether to call it a layout or a card though!
(If the use of such public domain art is against the rules, I understand if it disqualifies me from being in the voting.)

Here is my Day 7. The program I started using quit every time I tried to save, so I had to put today's elements as well as the gold star scatter, ball (clapper), and extra sparkling stars on top of the other items as it would not load as a png.

Oops. I have spent 3 hours trying to upload to no avail. I will keep at it, though.

After spending another hour, I decided to check a few things and found that it was 47. something mg.
I then resized to 72 pixels and it uploaded just fine. So here it is finally.

While debating which photo to use today-I read about 20 or more messages on facebook regarding Veterans day - so chose one of my 2 brothers(both gone) during the Korean War. My younger brother was given the honor of pining a promotion bar on my older brother. From Sept to Feb is a very nostalgic time of year for me. I lost my mother and 6 brothers and sisters during those months!

Thank you, so much Min (aka Carin) for hosting this wonderful opportunity to play with digital scrapbooking. I continue to learn a lot, even when it takes me "forever" to put a page together. I find that I "fiddle" too much time away, because I end up going back to my original layout thoughts. This month, I practised more with the magic wand tool and the eraser to extract more elements like the pinecones from the ball ornament.
