Wow, it seems I'm actually the first to post a recipe

The kit was so cute, I couldn't wait to use it.
Maurine, you've outdone yourself! Your kits are always great but I think this time the colors are exceptionally beautiful, and I love the snowmen!
Will have to see if I can do more than one recipe this month.

Here's my quick and easy chili. Crockpots work o.k. as long as you only leave it for a little while and keep an eye on it. All day in a crockpot while you're at work equals unhappy, hungry children. Trust me on this...

It must have been a couple of yrs since I participated in the recepie challange, since I scraped at all a matter of fact.
This seems to bee a good time to start over. I would really like a whole yr of ure wonderful recepies and cards.

Hi, I am going to do this challenge this month.I have a question.What do we need the metal tag for?I think I missed something here.
I love these receipe kits.I have a receipe scrapbook I bought in the PX (I am ashamed to say) several years ago.My resolution is to finish it this year.What better way than to do this challenge.Thanks Maurine.

The first month you participate, you'll need to buy and use the starter kit. I always put them on sale for the first couple weeks of the month, plus anyone who participates in any of theStudio challenges gets an additional 10% off their purchase. After that, you'll get future month's starter kits for free as long as you participated and used the starter kit from the month before. Does that help? I'd love to have you join in!

I include at least one metal tag (and sometimes several) to use on your card(s) if you want. Using them is totally optional; just think of it as another element to use or not. I look forward to having you join in! : )

So, here is my (first) card. Love this kit, and I'm thinking of doing a bunch of cards with my favorit hot drinks in the winter. Irish Coffe is a given start, isn't it?
