Is there a way you can do this on PSE 7? Or do you have to shadow things one at a time...i can't quite believe you do...I have been searching all night!
Thank you

Not sure about PSE7 but this works in both PSE10 and PSE11. In PSE, you shadow one element/ layer the way you want. Then left click on that layer in the layer list and choose 'copy style' from the pop-up list. Then select a whole list of layers by clicking on the the layer at the top and going down to the bottom and hold down shift key while you click on the bottom layer. This will high-light/select the whole list. Then do a left click when touching one of the selected layers... go down to the list to 'paste style'. That will past the same style to the whole selected list. I use this one a LOT.

I often use this technique when shadowing similar things - like papers, but I tend to do the elments separately. Each element will have a different type of shadow - depending on how "thick" the elements is. So to avoid giving the same depth of shadow to a thin paper and thick flower, I do them individually.

I agree with Bright Eyes and Kabra. I shadow everything and then go back and personalize shadows that I want to look different. Shadows really make a layout wake up!!!!

Yup I Pretty much Shadow by collections of things that are the same thickness. Then go back and tweak the ones that needed it. Usually depth, spread and color is what I change.
