Default Bad Link

How does one go about getting a link in the store fixed?
I contacted the owner via this forums pm system and through the store system, and have yet to receive a response.

Should I contact the designer directly?

Yes, hun, probably the best solution, because Toiny is living in Germany and most likely in bed now. Seems there were some files not uploaded to ftp fully. If it was a purchase from my new collection "Just The Way You Are" it is already fixed and you can dl again.

Hi Pat,

Sorry you are having problems. PM is not an ideal way to contact us re any store problems you may have. If you go to the store page and up the top hover your mouse over the Studio and you will then see contact and you can fill out from there exactly what the link is that you are having problems with. You should get a pretty quick response then - I'll take a look for you and see if I can fix it.

EDIT...... Sorry guys, I'm telling you the wrong info here.

I've just found out that I did tell you the right thing. If you use the contact form at the top of the site it should go through to customer service - the same as the direct email. After a recent upgrade it is now not working as it should be........but will be fixed ASAP.
