Default Spotlight Challenge Jan 15 - Feb 14

Welcome to my first challenge at SAS! This months' gallery spotlight focuses on sharpli's beautiful gallery!

Browse her gallery and choose one or more layout to scraplift. The idea of scraplifting is not to make an exact copy of the layout you choose, but to gain inspiration for it. See a new technique you'd like to try? Love the placement of pictures and elements? Motivated by the color scheme or theme? You can focus on as much or as little of the layout you've chosen to scraplift as you'd like. Please remember to leave her some love as you peruse her extensive gallery.

Please post your layouts in the Gallery Spotlight gallery , and post your link back here, too, so we can all leave you some love! Please remember to credit sharpli when you post your layout by placing a link to her layout that you scraplifted.

Here's what you'll receive for participating:

Happy Scrapping!

This is my first scraplift - really first time posting here. Kim sent me the link!

Here is my page: http://www.stoneaccentsstudio.com/ga...php?photo=6449

Scraplifted from Sharpli's gallery here: http://www.stoneaccentsstudio.com/ga...5948&ppuser=41

I liked the use of the different papers and angles. I also thought it was funny that the page that jumped out at me was also a haircut page.
I bought your kit, Jenn, with these pictures in mind.

Beautiful job, nighty! I really like that there's the suggestion of Linda's LO, as fas as the basic shape of the large background papers, but completely with your own style added to it

Hi Michelle! So happy to see you here! You did a great job with the scraplifting - your page is just adorable, and really nice interpretation of Sharpli's original LO. Your adorable pics of Nathan really go well with my dino kit - thank you so much for using it! I'll PM you in just a moment with the link to download my participation bonus

I did two because for one I went and found the template she used, and that seemed a little like cheating. lol

I did this one based on Linda's Family Comes to Visit, although I seem to have forgotten to do any journaling. Oops.

Then I did this one based on Linda's Kobe Steak House.

Thanks Jenn! I feel like such a newbie on here. LOL, but maybe I'll catch on. I would love to digi scrap my photos and have them printed for books. So much easier than my attempts at regular scrappin'.

Thanks to you too Kim... Yeup, that was my very first layout ever, whoo hoo! I am crossing over!
