Can you put links in your signature to where your kits are shown in the gallery here? Sure, I think it's a great idea. I don't think that would be allowed in other forums, well maybe DST, so you'd have to read their TOU. But linking here to your gallery here is fine.

Absolutely. The kits remain your property, so once the contest is over they're yours to do what you want with. Of course, if you win, you'll probably be loading them in your new store.

I am new to designing, but I am really getting in to it, and I think that a contest like this will be a great learning experience, so count me in!!

I signed up for this before I knew about the Member mega kit, but I'm thinking now that will be better for me at this time (since I've made a total of one kit ever). So I won't be doing this contest, but hopefully by the next time, I'll be ready

Not too late at all. The more the merrier. This year you've got right up until the first challenge is due to join in. As long as you make the round 1 deadline, you're in.
