November Scraplift Challenge

Welcome to the Gallery Spotlight Challenge for November!!!

This month's challenge runs from November 1st - 30th, so there's plenty of time to participate. Newbies and seasoned scrappers are all welcome to join in the fun!

This time around we're spotlighting the gallery of Moonchild67. Her gallery has 46 beautiful and whimsical layouts to gain inspiration from to scraplift for this challenge.

The idea of a "scraplift" is not to make an exact copy of someone else's layout, but to simply use it to gain inspiration from. Please browse the gallery and choose one (or more!) layout to scraplift. It could be as simple as using the same color scheme, kit, or theme - or as detailed as matching the placement of all of the elements in the layout. The main thing to remember is to have fun with it! Take a moment to leave some comments while you're browsing her gallery.

Please remember to credit the original layout when you post your layout by placing a link to the layout that you scraplifted in your LO credits. Got questions? Please don't hesitate to ask!

And don't forget about the SAS-y Princess contest, when adding your layout to the gallery, be sure to also add it to the Princess gallery for the current month, it's that simple. The designers pick a winner each month and you get $20 worth of products, you just never know, your layout might be the winner for the month.

I snagged my inspiration from Moonchild67 Memory Page “After The Rain” from the Aug Color Challenge. I really liked the Swirls coming out from the big main photo accompanied by the large ribbon accent on the bottom. The Word Art in the opposite upper corner is a nice touch. The Photo of the children holding hands is so sweet! Find it here.
