November ATC Challenge

So...you are probably expecting this to be a Thanksgiving theme, aren't you LOL!! Well, I thought about it but decided that everyone will be doing that and I have something else planned!! Nov 11th is Veteran's Day in the US and Remembrance Day in Canada. I bet many other countries have a similar day set aside to honor war heros and we would love to hear about them!! So, using ANY Designer's Patriotic kit this time, create an ATC about YOUR countries 'Veteran's Day'. There were several kits created in the Designer Contest that might be appropiate for you so check those if you don't already have something.

CanDesigns has again created a great Posting Bonus that matches the PB's for all the other SAS Nov Challenges.

Wow. I was really inspired by this one. I had this wonderful picture of my grandfather in his uniform that jumped into my mind as I read the challenge. I couldn't even read through them all first, I had to stop and do this one immediately. It only took me half an hour. Fastest layout I have ever done. Thank you so much for this great idea. My Husband's Uncle, Grandmother & Father. 1940's
Here is mine.

Both boys were at Pearl Harbor when it was bombed. Both survived. I only knew my father-in-law for a very short time. Grandmother Mitchel was gone long before I joined the family. Bob didn't live close so I never meet him either.
