Hello everyone! Welcome to the October Newsletter Challenge!

Wonderful layouts for last months challenge! You all did a Spook-iriffic job with your Halloween layouts!! Look for them in an upcoming October Newsletter issue!

I'm starting to gather my family recipes in preparation of the upcoming Holiday's and thought it would be a great theme for this month's challenge! But, I decided not to narrow it down to just Holiday recipes, I want to see YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE!! Anything's possible here folks, from Pickled Beets to Molten Chocolate Lava Cake (yuuummmmooooo!!!) :p

Please also remember that our Challenge rewards have changed!

• Posting Bonuses will no longer be a part of SAS.
• Instead we are moving to a point system.
• Each challenge offers each participant 10 points for the first LO, 5 points for each additional LO.
• If a participant completes all challenges in one month, she earns a 100 point BONUS.
• 100 points = $1 to the store
• Points may be redeemed at any time.
• all challenges will give points not posting bonuses (aka mini kits) as participation prizes. The good news for you is coupons are as good as cash! And who doesn't love money????

Has any one made or had a turducken before? I told my family I was going to make it and they went crazy on me. :eek: "It's not traditional ... I don't want duck ... uummm oookkk if you really think you'd like to make it go ahead." I mean geez how about some support. LOL so the turducken is out for Thanksgiving but in when I decide to make it. They can eat or not. LOL :p

I'm looking for a really good turkey recipe not just the same old one we have every year. And this time I won't tell anyone my plans so they can't bring something else. Muwhahaha
