Step 1 3 papers- 1 backround 2 any way
Step 2 2 photos..1 in black and white..the other color...place both in middle of background
Step 3 Add a muli frame
Step 4 Make a non-floral cluster around the multi-frame - at least two sides.
Step 5 Add one ribbon to the page Twice
Step 6 Add a Tag or Journal Block
Final Step use a button, pin or brad to hold down one of the papers - you can use multiple if desired
