Rules are that there are no rules! ha ha ha! you can use commercial use and stuff you've designed (just no pirated stuff please!) lol! Just mention here in this thread that you'd like to participate and have your submission in the gallery by May 26th (with a link for us to download the kit in the gallery description)
The Digital Scrapbooking Studio Designers will start voting for the winner on my birthday (May27th and voting will continue until the 31st) so join the party! show us what you've got! I can't wait to see your entries! :-)

Gotta think this over. I think it will be fun to try this, but I've never done any designing before, so I'll probably won't be any good, lol.
