September challenge

and what a challenge September has been sofar! :-)

Computer is not cooperating at all, and life just keeps happening, so that is the reason I'm sooooooo extremely late with posting. To make up for it, I won't close the link untill October15th. Fair?

I have noticed that as "keeper of memories" we tend to scrap about everybody around us, but not much about ourselves, what makes us "us". There are somethings I wish I had known about my mom, and I cannot ask her anymore, so, for your children or nephews and nieces, take a stab at this one :-)

This month is not year specific, because we don't all have the same date of birth, however......

The time line is between your ages of 15 and 20. Scrap about what you enjoyed or not, about fall, wether it is the weather, going back to school, gearing up for winter, chores you only did that time of year etc. Anything for that time in your life, and that time of year.

Some of us have to do some memory digging, but it will be fun. If you have pictures, please include them, if you don't, just write your thoughts and dress up the page to your liking.

Tee-hee. I got it done and boy did I have to search through many pics to find one that age that had been scanned. Over 1000.

Here is mine. These are my grandparents. I used to go to visit them and help to harvest pumpkins from the garden in the fall. Then my grandmother would make pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, and we would can the rest for later use.

Glad you made it. I was late putting the challenge up, so I'm not closing it untill the 15th...... and I love the overalls :-)

I have to apologize to Barb, Glonet, Cindy and JimmyRose. I REALLY thought I had commented on your entries since I checked before, and I just noticed that I hadn't. I left some "love" in the gallery for all.
