Welcome to October's Template Challenge!

How the challenges work:

• Each challenge offers each participant 10 points for the first LO, 5 points for each additional LO.
• If a participant completes all challenges in one month, she earns a 100 point BONUS.
• 100 points = $1 to the store.
• Points may be redeemed at any time

Rules are simple, I will provide you with a template, and your job is to use the template to create a layout! You can use the template as is, change it around, flip it, rotate it, crop it, add to it, take away from it, whatever you wish to do! When your finished with your layout, please post it to the Template Challenge Gallery & post a link back here so we can all leave you some love & you can collect your challenge points!

There are no restrictions on supplies, you can use whatever is in your stash to make your layout!

This is a favorite of mine, too! So neat and tidy and lot's of different things you can do with it!

I'm having trouble downloading the template from this new site. It just runs and run and runs and runs It has been downloading? for almost 10 minutes now! I know templates aren't THAT big! Any one else having problems?

My security would not allow me to download from the new site. Mediafire did fine. They always try to tag you with adware, but my security blocks it. when I download from Mediafire, I get a message that says "an attack on your computer was blocked and no further action is required." That is why I have good security on my computer. But, it would not let me download from the new one at all.

thanks I got the template and going for it ...the writeing that is around the layout will I be able to do that too? that is with out knowing how to do it that kinda tex?

Darline, what program do you use? If you use Photoshop, PSElements or PSP, you should be able to edit the text layer... Or, if you don't have a program that supports text paths, you can simulate the effect by just typing along the edges and rotating your text for the sides & bottom, lining up where necessary...
