November 10 Progressive Scrap - Day 6

Oh, I love looking at the gallery - so many beautiful, amazing, yet so different pages ... and I know I'm probably boring you saying this, but I still marvel at the diversity of your layouts, it's amazing!

Today - day 6, almost done, LOL - you'll be adding some glorious fall foliage by Carmen aka Lightning Bug Creations and a great piece of rope by Rebecca aka Twin Mom Scraps:



Add the rope once and the foliage twice each!

Now for the extra challenge:
While I love the warm fall feeling of the kit and your pages... I loathe the coldness and dreariness of the dark weeks ahead of me ... sooooo... in honor of all scrappers on the southern hemisphere and my personal yearning for spring I challenge you to do the following:

Add a title or journaling to you layout that contains the word "spring"!
You can get all creative, use a different meaning, like "spring in his step" or "turkey springing off the table" (I want to see the picture to that one, LOL), highlight letters in your journaling so they spell "spring".... surprise me!!
For those who accept the extra challenge - I will surprise you....

Here is my LO for Day 6 of Nov Progressive Scrap. I have also add a title to my LO "I am Springing From Fall To Winter. This has been a fall like no other; we only had about one week of fall in October, and since then have had frost/below zero weather almost every night. This is very unusual for Georgia at this time of year. I feel like I should be living back in Maine where there weather has been about the same as ours except for a couple of days that they got a dusting of snow.

Here is my Day 6. Its not quite a title, but the tag says "Spring 1952". (I hope that counts for the extra) That's my mom in the apron and I am the little kid at her shoulder. My grandmother is on Mother's other side.
