I have decided not to include major word art, clusters or alpha seeing that it might be included in another week. I have been working very hard extracting and taking pictures to try to get as many different elements as possible before I use "fillers".

Tracy I love that list by the way and I will definately print it out and put it next to my computer as I get stumped for inspiration a lot when it comes to elements.

Is it OK if we don't use a color in our original palette? Elements with the lighter red in mine are looking more orange than I like when placed on gold papers.

I finally searched this out, & popped in: I should of figured you had a post up in regards to this already.

I am going to try my best to get 30 done. It will be hard to come up with 30 different ideas: however it looks like someone listed a large list of them so I have no excuses other then the time to make them all: L.O.L. I love to make frames, so you should be seeing them in my collection.

I had trouble stopping at 30 once I got going rofl.

Floridapi I think if it's just the way the color went when you used a blend mode then it's fine, it's if it's a totally different color altogether that Toiny will pull you up on it. The same hue/tone is fine

Those of you done amaze me.... I have 21 but my back, fingers, wrists and arms are killing me from the extractions. Why didn't someone tell me that I shouldn't enter a design contest and a layout contest at the same time??!!???!!! He he he.... love what everyone has done and I am sure those 5 you have finished are gorgeous!

YOu can do it gals, remember to rest your body take a turn around the house or garden, you may get inspired by something. I know I do a lot of Thinking about it before I tackle the actual creation side of it LOL.

Up to 11 now, and thanks for this, pulled a few cupboards out and found a 'wedding' element to photo, extract and use.

I'm loving this guys! A little hint, I do this with most kits I make, create a style or two you love and use that to make a couple different, matching elements. Wordart, custom shapes (ie hearts), frames, all lend themselves well to being "styled".

You can also try taking an existing element (wedding goblet, flower, etc.) and applying a style. That might get you a 2nd element with little effort. I'm not saying elements should be effortless LOL, but sometimes simple is best.
