Okay this week's freebie is a personal use one
hope to see you all again this week



STEP 1 -- use two papers in contrasting colors, one plain and one patterned to construct your background
STEP 2 -- select your photo or photos but make one of them either Black & White or sepia
STEP 3 -- Make a title with an alpha and split into 2 halves. Put 1/2 above the photos and 1/2 below the photos. Overlapping edging of the photos if you wish.
STEP 4 -- add foliage and 3 different flowers
STEP 5 -- add a mat behind your photos somewhere
STEP 6 -- add ribbon or string and a flourish
STEP 7 -- add at least 5 buttons to your page, at least two on the string or sticking to the photos, the rest you can place where you want.
STEP 8 -- add a few lines of journalling somewhere on your page or some word art

Sweet giftie, Tracy! Unfortunately, I won't make it to chat tonight.

David and I are leaving to head to Cleveland for my appointments at Cleveland Clinic tomorrow. He’s working the earlier shift today and we can get to Cleveland tonight instead of waking up with the sun to drive 2 hours tomorrow to make it for my first appointment. I’ll see two specialists and maybe have a name on my problems and the official diagnosis that will make me eligible for things like door to door public transportation, job hunting assistance and the okay to go back to physical therapy.

Everyone have a great chat, as usual, and add some journaling for me! Also good thoughts and prayers are always greatly appreciated!

Oh Tracy, I love the frames.I don't know if I can make it either.I am having a colonoscopy in the morning so this evening and probably all night,I will be otherwise busy (you know where)
It's just a routine as I am way overdue.Yuck!
If I don't make it,I will get the steps tomorrow.
