July 11 Progressive Scrap - Day 6

Happy Friday, everyone - hope yours is as happy as mine

Today the new desktop my wonderful hubby ordered for me finally arrived... now I just have to wait for my very own personal IT chief (hubby, LOL) to look at it, check on the hardware and give me the ok to start transferring data and programs... and THEN... oh, I will be able to run PS and Illustrator and Outlook at *the same time*!!! LOL! No more drumming fingers because opening a file or even switching between windows takes forever and a day, no more tears and whining because the my old laptop decides to shut down PS as a means of survival and thereby losing my work... my designing life will be wonderful!!!

Sorry for rambling, LOL - on to the PS:
It's always hard to decide if the task I give you is a little tricky or easy as pie... but see for yourself what you have to do with today's additions, created by Boo aka Booland Designs and Min aka Deli Scraps:



Instructions: Use the flower twice (sorry, Diane), the ribbon once and the paper not as paper! Clip the paper to a title, cut it into a shape (how about a flower ), cut it into ribbons, tear it apart and scatter it...
Upload your layout to the Progressive Scrap Gallery, then come back here and post the link to your layout so I can pm you tomorrow with the last download link for this month!

Took your advice... used the paper as a flower.

I added the ribbon and flowers. Then I took the dots from the paper and recolored them red. I used them as a border on the blue paper.

That's ok, Min! I know you probably have each day's additions already set up and predetermined! I managed to find a use for those flowers.......however, what will Day 7 bring? LOL



I clipped today's paper to my font but the font I chose ('Made with B')
was sort of 'sketchy' looking, so you can't see the shapes on the paper too well, just the color blends.

Here's my day 6! I decided to blow the paper apart and turn it in to a few fireworks! And the flowers...wow...This one is a challenge for me since I'm one of the few who aren't flower girls! It's fun though!!
