Last year, they had a "play along group" for those who didn't make it.

best wishes. My mom took about 2 years to settle her diabetes to diet only control. The first part is icky. After 5 years, she is doing great.

Well, I'm self employed so the only boss I have is me! The only problem is that the boss in me keeps wanting me to work whilst the designer in me wants to find out if I've moved on to round 1! As a result, nothing is getting done!

I've been made aware that my band width was exceded at box.net In case someone still wants it, I have updated the post now with a link to download the kit at 4shared as well. It's the first time I've used box.net, and wasn't aware about the band width problem.
