This is an altered cigar tin and three bible verse tags made using Fisherman's Wharf from Aimee Harrison Design Studios. You can find the kit here:

I love the different colours used here, and the kit is really versatile as you don't just have to use it for seaside or fishing LO's.

The flowers and leaves were made using the tattered pinecone die from Tim Holtz and the caged bird was another of his dies. I do love my Tim Holtz dies! I added glitter glue to the flowers to get a sparkle effect and the crocheted lace under the flowers was from a reel of lace I bought from the wool stall at our local market a few weeks ago.
