Happy Birthday to everyone at The Studio, may all your dreams for this site come true. For this card I used a kit by Monika Designs called Blue Sensation. I layered and merged several papers from the kit, changing layer properties and opacity until I got what I wanted. The cluster is in the kit. I added a couple other elements, merging and changing the opacity. Love the kit. Thanks for the challenge, it's always fun.
