ACTION – Balloon Creator by Boop Designs

There are 4 separate actions within this package! You get the following; one lets you colorize with any solid color or fill with any pattern, another lets you use your own background paper to fill your balloon with, the next creates a balloon with poke-a-dots where you decide the color of the balloon and the color for the dots. Last is a string action just in case you need a quick sting for your balloon. Create endless colors and mix and match for ENDLESS combinations. Very user friendly.
