I scraplifted a page by Caits (Scrapping with Liz CT) to make this QP with my Nov kit.
I have never figured out how to get Photoshop (Elements) to print full-bleed, but when I scaled the .png so that the height was 10.5 in, the print-preview looked reasonably good.
