Your question just gave me the most fabulous idea! Create a scrap "page" about your friend (or about your friendship) in the size of the top (or front, if that is more suitable to the particular gift,) of the package and wrap the gift in coordinating scrap papers. Package is bigger than scrap paper? All the better -- it will be more like a regular page if you piece different papers together, using ribbons, lace, etc., to cover the seams. Don't have the "right" scrap papers? Just look through the the huge stash you now have from all the great contest kits we've just been given! Print your own papers and elements, make your page, wrap your present, and be the hit of the party! (Well, try not to outshine your friend; it's her birthday, after all. ;-) )
