I've used the same kit as this month's Progressive Scrap + the steps with a couple of extra elements for my border

Step 1 ~
Use one paper as BG & one paper as a border + Clip a third paper to a shape or title
Step 2 ~
Use any uneven number of frames on your page!
Step 3 ~
Use everything once
Step 4 ~
Use three different items ONCE
Step 5 ~
Use 4 items - they don't have to be the same
Step 6 ~
Use at least 1 item once & can be repeated
Step 7 ~
Use 3 different elements from today's download
