Font used is Do I Like Stripes. I used this to add "as honey" then I beveled the word and matched the color to the Sweet wordart.

I removed the tears from the flower boys with a healing brush.

I cut out hearts from the paper using a simple shape tool, selected the shape and then deleted off the layout of the paper.

The remaining items are just resized or edited to weave around the photograph.
