My family is from Virginia. This picture was from July 1926. The occasion was my great,great,great grandmother's 90th birthday. She almost made 91, but died 5 days too soon. IN the picture, the man on the far left was my Great Great grandfather. The 3rd man was my Great grandfather, one of 21 children, all of whom lived until at least age 40. We had very large Christmas parties when I was small. The 21 were spread out enough that my mother's great uncle and aunt, the youngest of her great grandfather's children were younger than she was. It makes for very confusing generations!
