I fell in love with the striped paper in Nibbles Skribbles' Second Chance mini which can be found here:

I wanted to make something other than cards or an album for a change, and having seen a top hat made by the Gentleman Crafter, decided to make one myself, but using a toilet roll holder! The hat was covered paper and then decorated using flowers made from a kit paper using a Marianne Design die. The lace ribbon and brad is from my stash.

I then decided to make a mini (very mini!) album using two of the Christmas Ornament dies from Stampin' Up! I used the kit papers for these plus some plain copy paper for the small inserts. The album was stapled together and then fastened with twine at the side for added stability.
