Toby was so hesitant to go out into the ocean at Phillip Island in December 2007. The surf was so strong and it was really windy so he wanted Uncle Chris to help him wade out to get wet but it was too scary for him, so he didn’t really go swimming. Splashing around and playing near the shore was all Toby wanted to do!
